With multiple decks you will be enticed to explore this magical piece of Auckland via the direct water access located at the bottom of the property. Two double kayaks await you there, ready to launch out into the bay.
The property is spread across 3 levels on set on 1100m² of pristine waterfront bushland
Top Level: Accessed directly from Wade River Road, the third floor features a cozy double bedroom and a versatile dayroom. The dayroom includes a king single bed and a trundler bed, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy expansive views ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun and a retro arcade gaming machine for added fun.
Second Level: This main living area boasts a gourmet kitchen, a spacious lounge, and covered deck. The master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, features vaulted ceilings and opens onto a private deck with stunning views across the bay and out to Rangitoto Island. This level also includes a stylish bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with an additional toilet.
Ground Level: Originally designed as separate accommodation, this level offers its own private entrance, also accessible internally via what we call the ‘stairs of doom’ (yes, they are that steep).
